It is important to understand that my existing performance contracts and insurance and security requirements place strict restrictions on publicity.  As such, an organization is not allowed to make any written, audio or video mention of my appearance in any public forum to include websites and print press without my permission to insure that any and all communications are in compliance with existing international, national, and regional contracts and insurance and security requirements. I cannot stress just how important this is.

Unless otherwise noted, your concert or my appearance has been classified as a 'private' concert or appearance. Failure to heed the insurance and contractual restrictions will lead to your concert or my appearance being reclassified as a 'public' venue. This will result in increased insurance costs.

This prohibition extends to electronic forums including radio, television, Internet broadcasts, and any and all Internet related postings (to include blogs), and all print mediums including internal organizational newsletters, bulletins, flyers, magazines, circulars, newspapers, etc.

These restrictions do not apply entirely to formal concert and lecture series hosted by universities, colleges and other organizations.  In the case of formal concert and lecture series, please call me for details so I can work with you to insure that any publicity you might undertake conforms to the contract and insurance provisions I am obligated to honor.

Please note that special contract provisions apply to concerts and appearances in Austral-Asia, Canada, Western Europe and in the states of: California, Texas, Michigan, New York, Illinois, Georgia and Florida.

IMPORTANT!: Any and all advertising on websites, radio, television, and all print advertising to include newspapers, magazines, and internal organizational publications must be pre-approved in advance by my office.

IMPORTANT!: Please be advised that all portfolios, printed materials, CD's, and DVD's are subject to copyright protection and unauthorized copying or distribution without my permission is prohibited.

IMPORTANT!: Please be advised that all websites are strictly copyrighted.

IMPORTANT!: No photography is allowed in any venue without first receiving clearance from my office.

The bulletin insert flyers and other printed materials that will be prepared for you by my office will serve to communicate, in a controlled manner, my upcoming appearance with your organization.

It is important to remember that no recordings of my presentation may be created, duplicated or sold. 
My performance contracts strictly prevent such recordings and sales.

If you have any marketing or communications of my upcoming appearance that you wish to undertake, please call me so I can work with you to insure that my appearance with you does not violate the long-standing performance contracts and insurance requirements that I am bound to honor.  This especially applies to information you may wish to put on your website or in your internal print materials.
