The following represents a typical invitation used for a private concert. Wording may vary, but the format remains the same. Each invitation is three pages with a vellum cover and card stock backing attached with a gold foil fold-over clip. The invitations measure 8.5 x 11 inches and require a 9 x 12 inch white envelope for mailing. The envelope is not provided with the invitation. Unless otherwise noted, you will be provided with 50 invitations. To maximize the opportunity that the concert presents, it is important to mail all of the invitations out and if for any reason you are not able to mail all the invitations, please call me right away.
If your concert is being hosted on behalf of a nonprofit organization, please be prepared to make your guest list available to the executive director or CEO at least 48 hours in advance of the concert. The organization will need to know who is in attendance, who was invited, and who was unable to attend. |
