1. INVITATIONS

a. Unless otherwise noted, you will receive 50 invitations. Please mail ALL of your invitations out at least three to four weeks in advance. The invitation will read 'Seating is Limited to _____'. Once your concert space is full, decline subsequent RSVP's. If for some reason you are unable to mail all of your invitations out, please call me right away.

b. Your concert must not exceed 48 people total in attendance. If your concert does exceed this number, please call me right away as certain insurance and security provisions will apply. Concerts of less than 25 guests are highly problematic and subject to cancellation. Please insure that at least 25 guests will be in attendance.

c. Hand address your invitations and use appropriate postage. Do not use non profit postage as this will delay delivery. Please do not hand deliver invitations and please accept RSVP's only off of the printed invitation. Please do not invite any guests through verbal invitations.

d. Please do not copy, fold, alter, or change invitations in any way.

e. Is your concert on behalf of a nonprofit organization? If so, please be prepared to make your guest list available to the executive director / CEO at least 48 hours in advance of the concert. The organization will need to know who will be in attendance, who was invited, and who was unable to attend. If for any reason you are not able to do this, please contact my office right away.

Christian greeting audience members at the conclusion of a private concert.

A young audience member holds the Tea-Glass spoon made by Peter Carl Fabergé for Czar Nicholas in 1908. While the invitation reads "no children please," it is possible for guests to bring a child over the age of thirteen with them to the concert with advance notice through my office.

2. PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL

a. Please have the room where the concert will be held, set up. Upon my arrival, if I need to make some adjustments, I will do so. Please view the photo gallery in this website for a very helpful visual representation of the private concert including set up.

b. With the exception of The Artists' Neighborhood concerts, children are not allowed in concerts without my permission. Do you have a guest who wishes to bring a child age 13 or over? Please contact me so I can make the necessary arrangements with the insurers.

c. Turn your air conditioner on and cool the room as much as possible.

3. PRIOR TO START OF CONCERT AFTER ALL GUESTS HAVE ARRIVED

a. Turn all phones off and silence all chiming clocks.
